How do I book a trip on Move9ja?
Simply download the Move9ja App & it’s also available on website create an account, and search for your desired route. Choose your preferred travel date and time, and book your seat
Does Move9ja have its own parks or terminals?
No, Move9ja does not have its own parks or terminals. Instead, we partner with
existing parks across Nigeria that are registered with the Ministry of Transportation
and the National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) to provide a seamless
and secure travel experience. We prioritize our customers' safety and only collaborate
with licensed and reputable parks to ensure their well-being.
Where is Move9ja's service available?
Move9ja's service is currently only available in Nigeria, allowing users to book
trips across various states and cities within the country
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my trip?
Contact our customer support team through the app, website or email and we'll
assist with canceling or rescheduling your trip, subject to our terms and conditions.
How do I pay for my trip on Move9ja?
You can pay for your trip using various payment methods, including debit cards,

Can I book a trip for someone else on Move9ja?
Yes, you can book a trip for someone else on Move9ja. Simply enter their details
during the booking process, and ensure they have a valid ID for verification and the
Booking ID
How do I know my booking is confirmed?
Once you've booked your trip, you'll receive a confirmation email and SMS with
your travel details. You can also check your booking status in the Move9ja app or
website

What if I forget my luggage in the bus?
If you forget your luggage in the bus, please contact our customer support team
immediately. To facilitate the recovery of your luggage, we recommend writing your
booking ID on your luggage tags or labels. This will enable us to quickly identify the
owner of the luggage and arrange for its return. Please note that Move9ja takes no
responsibility for lost or forgotten items, but we'll do our best to assist in recovering
your luggage.
